Questions about the brunet.ca site:

How do I register for MaSanté?

Top of page ↑

Registration is a two-step process:
  • Create your own personal record by clicking here. Enter the information requested on the form, and agree to the online consent form. You now have access to weight, blood pressure, and blood sugar trackers, among other things. For a more complete profile and to order your refills online, add your pharmacy record.
  • Stop by your Brunet-affiliated pharmacy and you’ll be given a MaSanté customer card with an account number and personal identification number (PIN). When you return to the MaSanté portal, enter your account number and PIN, then follow the instructions. That’s all there is to it!

You cannot be registered on MaSanté without your consent, and your personal information is always kept confidential.

For any questions about MaSanté or for help with registration, don’t hesitate to call your local pharmacy or call us and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Why do I need to go to a pharmacy to get access to some things, like refills?

Top of page ↑

For your own security, we ask that you go to a pharmacy for a single-use PIN to access your record. That way, we can confirm your identity and consent for use of the service.

What’s the difference between a PIN and a password?

Top of page ↑

The password, combined with your email address, identifies you so you can access your online MaSanté record. For security reasons, you will have to enter it every time you log on. The username and PIN are used to link your MaSanté record to your pharmacy information and prescriptions so you can do things like refill your prescriptions online.

To summarize:
  • The password is chosen by the user and is used to log on to the site.
  • The PIN is set by the pharmacy and is used to link your online record to your pharmacy record. It is used only once, when your pharmacy record is merged into your personal MaSanté record.

How do I deactivate my account?
