This Web site (“Brunet.ca”) (the “Site”) is the official site of McMahon Distributeur pharmaceutique inc. (“McMahon”). No other Web site that claims to represent McMahon or its Brunet establishments is authorized and McMahon shall not be held liable in any way whatsoever for such sites.
The information contained in this Site is supplied by way of indication only and does not in any way constitute information on which you may base your transactions and/or your decisions of any type whatsoever. The information contained on this site cannot replace the advice of a physician, a pharmacist, or any other health professional and must not be used to self-prescribe medications or make a diagnosis of a health condition. All labels and instructions appearing on product packaging must be read carefully and respected. You must rely on the advice of the health professional whom you consult.
For all information on the products offered on the Site, you must contact your Brunet establishment.
Limitation of liability
McMahon is not responsible for damages of any sort whatsoever, whether they are direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consecutive, resulting from the use of this Site. Your one and only recourse consists of ceasing to use and access this site. You hold harmless and indemnify McMahon against all liability that may result from any problem or harm whatsoever that you may incur during access to and/or use of this Site, including, but not limited to, the presence of viruses or any other destructive element, and this notwithstanding whether McMahon was or might have been aware of this eventuality.

The names, logos, and designs related to McMahon and contained on this Site are trademarks, registered or not, and are the exclusive property of McMahon or used in compliance with a licensing agreement.

Price policy
McMahon makes every effort to ensure that the product prices displayed on the Site are identical to the prices displayed in Brunet establishments. However, the products offered on this Site, their price, and their availability may vary depending on the Brunet establishment and the region.
Furthermore, the Brunet establishments are not required to offer products on promotion or to adjust their prices according to the sales displayed on this Site.
The prices and availability of products may change without notice. Although McMahon does everything possible to avoid errors on its Site, the Site may inadvertently contain typographic errors, errors in illustrations, or errors in price. As applicable, McMahon reserves the right to make any correction required and cannot be held liable for such errors.
All prices displayed on this Site are expressed in Canadian dollars and, unless there is indication to the contrary, do not include delivery costs or applicable taxes (GST, QST, PST, and/or HST).
No gathering of personal information during browsing
McMahon does not gather personal information about you when you browse on the site unless you voluntarily register for a specific service that asks you to give such information.
Information gathered in the “Ma Santé” section
In the “Ma Santé” section, McMahon asks that you supply your last name and first name, e-mail address, and some other information. All of this information is used to personalize your visit and to send you information by e-mail, if you so wish. At any time, you may modify the information and preferences in your user profile in the section “Modify my information.”
Ma Santé file and prescription renewal
The Site allows you to:
- Renew your prescriptions
- Consult your pharmacological file
- Contact us
The Site allows us to:
- Better understand your needs and the ways in which we can improve our products and services and those of your pharmacist
- Communicate information and offers concerning products
- Supply you with services and offers that meet your needs
- Supply you with health-related information or services that are likely to interest you
With regard to the renewal of your prescriptions and access to your pharmacological file, these services are subject to specific conditions of use that are presented to you when you register for the “Ma Santé File.” Your requests will be sent to the Brunet establishment at which your pharmacist keeps your patient file. The pharmacist on duty in the selected Brunet establishment is at all times responsible for preparing your prescription and updating your patient file. McMahon cannot be held liable for the pharmacist’s professional work. You should not hesitate to consult your pharmacist when you wish to obtain information on a medication.
Non-disclosure of personal information
Except as provided in the present paragraph, McMahon does not disclose the personal information gathered on its Web site to third parties unless McMahon obtains your permission to do so under particular circumstances – for example, when McMahon believes in good faith that it is required by law. In addition, McMahon does not market the list of users of its Web site. Only McMahon’s managers, mandataries, or agents have access to the information gathered on it. These managers, mandataries, or agents have received instructions to respect the present policy regarding confidentiality and privacy protection.
Other information obtained for statistical purposes
When you access McMahon’s Web site, certain information is automatically gathered, but none of this information identifies you personally. It includes the domain name and IP address with which you access McMahon’s Web site and the type of browser and operating system that you use.
