9 golden rules for maintaining youthful skin

7. Relax

Stress can contribute to making your skin age prematurely. Some relaxation methods, such as meditation and massages, can help prevent and fight this phenomenon.

8. Get enough sleep

Follow a regular sleep schedule to promote rejuvenation. The average number of hours of sleep an adult needs is about eight per night. A good night’s sleep contributes in many ways to maintaining the health and beauty of your skin.

9. Inform yourself
